How do I return an item?
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with the purchases you make at Bibletoys.com. If you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange any item in its original condition within 10 days of the receipt. Bulk orders (orders with 20 or more of the same item), special order items, closeout items or items that have been personalized cannot be returned unless the items have manufacturing defects. At our discretion, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 10% for all returns or exchanges. Returning shipping fees will be subtracted from your refund total. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Before you return or exchange any item, you must first complete our RMA request form. We will review your RMA request to determine if your claim was submitted within the time allowed and that it complies with our return policy. If your claim is approved, we will email you with an RMA number and instructions for returning the merchandise to us. When returning merchandise to us, you must include your RMA number, your original packing slip and the merchandise itself in original condition. We cannot accept any return or exchange without all of these items being included. If your claim is not approved, we will email you with an explanation of why it was not approved.
Missing or Incorrect Merchandise
We often pack and ship orders that contain several items in separate boxes. Occasionally, the packages arrive on different days, even if we shipped them at the same time with the same tracking number. Please allow the entire estimated total delivery time found on our shipping policy page for your order to arrive. If the full estimated delivery time passes, and you still haven't received the missing item or items, please complete our RMA request form. You must report missing items within 5 days of scheduled delivery date. We will review your RMA request to determine if your claim was submitted within the time allowed and that it complies with our return policy. If your claim is approved, we will email you with an RMA number and a notification for receiving the missing or incorrect merchandise. If the merchandise is no longer available, we will issue a refund or a credit good towards a future purchase. Any refund for merchandise shall not include shipping and handling or replacement fees. If your claim in not approved, we will email you with an explanation of why it was not approved.
Damaged Merchandise
We strive to ensure that every order arrives on time and in good condition. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt to verify that all of the items have arrived in good condition. If you discover a damaged item, complete our RMA request form. You must report damaged items within 5 days of receipt. We will review your RMA request to determine if your claim was submitted within the time allowed. If your claim is approved, we will email you with an RMA number and instructions for returning the damaged merchandise to us. When returning damaged merchandise to us, you must include your RMA number, your original packing slip and the damaged merchandise itself, unless these conditions are waived by us in writing. We cannot accept any damaged merchandise without all of these items being included. If your claim in not approved, we will email you with an explanation of why it was not approved.
Defective Merchandise
For any merchandise which is defective in workmanship or material and for which you make a claim within 5 days after receipt of the merchandise, we will elect to either repair, replace or refund the purchase price. When making such a claim, you must first complete our RMA request form. We will review your RMA request to determine if your claim was submitted within the time allowed. If your claim is approved, we will email you with an RMA number and instructions for returning the defective merchandise to us. When returning defective merchandise to us, you must include your RMA number, your original packing slip and the defective merchandise itself, unless these conditions are waived by us in writing. We cannot accept any defective merchandise without all of these items being included. If your claim is not approved, we will email you with an explanation of why it was not approved.
