Return Policy
  Returns & Exchanges

                 We want you to be completely satisfied with the purchases you make at Bibletoys.com. If you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange any item in its original condition within 10 days of the receipt. Bulk orders (orders with 20 or more of the same item), special order items, closeout items or items that have been personalized cannot be returned unless the items have manufacturing defects. At our discretion, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 10% for all returns or exchanges. Returning shipping fees will be subtracted from your refund total. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

                 Before you return or exchange any item, you must first complete our RMA request form. We will review your RMA request to determine if your claim was submitted within the time allowed and that it complies with our return policy. If your claim is approved, we will email you with an RMA number and instructions for returning the merchandise to us. When returning merchandise to us, you must include your RMA number, your original packing slip and the merchandise itself in original condition. We cannot accept any return or exchange without all of these items being included. If your claim is not approved, we will email you with an explanation of why it was not approved.

Missing or Incorrect Merchandise

                We often pack and ship orders that contain several items in separate boxes. Occasionally, the packages arrive on different days, even if we shipped them at the same time with the same tracking number. Please allow the entire estimated total delivery time found on our shipping policy page for your order to arrive. If the full estimated delivery time passes, and you still haven't received the missing item or items, please complete our RMA request form. You must report missing items within 5 days of scheduled delivery date. We will review your RMA request to determine if your claim was submitted within the time allowed and that it complies with our return policy. If your claim is approved, we will email you with an RMA number and a notification for receiving the missing or incorrect merchandise. If the merchandise is no longer available, we will issue a refund or a credit good towards a future purchase. Any refund for merchandise shall not include shipping and handling or replacement fees. If your claim in not approved, we will email you with an explanation of why it was not approved.

Damaged Merchandise

               We strive to ensure that every order arrives on time and in good condition. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt to verify that all of the items have arrived in good condition. If you discover a damaged item, complete our RMA request form. You must report damaged items within 5 days of receipt. We will review your RMA request to determine if your claim was submitted within the time allowed. If your claim is approved, we will email you with an RMA number and instructions for returning the damaged merchandise to us. When returning damaged merchandise to us, you must include your RMA number, your original packing slip and the damaged merchandise itself, unless these conditions are waived by us in writing. We cannot accept any damaged merchandise without all of these items being included. If your claim in not approved, we will email you with an explanation of why it was not approved.

Defective Merchandise

               For any merchandise which is defective in workmanship or material and for which you make a claim within 5 days after receipt of the merchandise, we will elect to either repair, replace or refund the purchase price. When making such a claim, you must first complete our RMA request form. We will review your RMA request to determine if your claim was submitted within the time allowed. If your claim is approved, we will email you with an RMA number and instructions for returning the defective merchandise to us. When returning defective merchandise to us, you must include your RMA number, your original packing slip and the defective merchandise itself, unless these conditions are waived by us in writing. We cannot accept any defective merchandise without all of these items being included. If your claim is not approved, we will email you with an explanation of why it was not approved.

Shipping Policy
  Shipping rates are calculated in real time based on the shipping options you select, the products you are purchasing and where they are shipping to. Rates may or may not include our own handling fees associated with certain products or certain shipping destinations. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Delivery estimates are calculated on business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Our shipping cutoff is 12:00 PM EST Monday - Friday. Orders placed after our shipping cutoff time typically ship the following business day provided that the items are in stock.

Please note, if an item is out of stock at the time of your order, the entire order will be held until all items are available. Please let us know if you would like the order to ship separately, additional charges may apply.

FREE 7 Day Ground Shipping
Certain items may qualify for free shipping. Simply look for the green truck logo to enjoy free shipping on  orders $49 or more on selected items throughout the store. These details can also be seen by clicking on the free shipping message image on the product detail page of items that qualify for free shipping.

Items without the green truck logo do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping is charged separately for items that do not qualify for free shipping.

You will be given shipping options during checkout. Items with the green truck logo may ship separately from items that do not qualify for free shipping. Valid within continental U.S. only.
Order total must be $49 or more after any discounts or promotions. During special offers, order must total amount specified after any discounts.

Standard Shipping Options
We use USPS Priority Mail as our standard shipping method. FedEx Ground and Home Delivery is available during checkout as well. USPS Priority Mail is generally cheaper than FedEx for most of the items that we ship and is typically just as reliable as FedEx.

USPS Priority Mail shipments are usually delivered within 2-3 days from the time of shipment. FedEx Ground and Home Delivery shipments are usually delivered within 5-7 business days from the time of shipment. Please keep in mind that these shipping times are estimates and are calculated from the time the shipment leaves our warehouse. Shipping times will vary depending on your shipping method, location and the availability of products in your order. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

FedEx Ground and Home Delivery tracking is updated more frequently than USPS Priority Mail tracking in most cases. If tracking a package during shipment is going to be a concern, we recommend selecting the FedEx Ground or Home Delivery shipping option during checkout.

Express Shipping Options
FedEx Express Saver, 2Day, Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and First Overnight options are available during checkout. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If you need your order shipped to arrive within 1-2 business days, we strongly recommend that you visit our contact us page or call us toll free at 1-800-718-4171 to check product availability before ordering.

Canadian Shipping Options
FedEx Ground, International Economy and International Priority is available for orders shipping to Canada. You will be responsible for any and all duties, taxes and other charges that may be applied by customs. We have no way of knowing what, if any, duties, taxes or other charges that may be applied. Gift orders are typically not subject to any additional fees. If your order is a gift, you will be able to select a gift option during checkout and we will notify FedEx automatically when your order is shipped.

International Shipping Options
International orders shipping outside of the U.S. or Canada cannot be placed online. Please visit our contact us page or call us toll free at 1-800-718-4171 for instructions on how to place an order.

Custom Shipping Options

Low Price Guarantee
  We will not be undersold! We’ll match any online competitor’s regular everyday price for the identical product on Bibletoys.com guaranteed! If within 24 hours of ordering from us, you find the identical product for sale at a competitor for a cheaper price than we’re selling it for on Bibletoys.com, we’ll refund you the difference in price.



Low Price Guarantee Redemption

Simply contact us with a link to the online competitor’s website showing the lower priced item. You must contact us either prior to placing an order or within 24 hours of placing your order. Once we confirm the price difference, we’ll either lower the item price to match the online competitor's price if you haven't ordered yet or we'll refund you the difference in price if you ordered within the last 24 hours.



Terms & Restrictions

Low price guarantee does not apply to online competitor sale prices, discount prices, closeout prices, special order products, closeout products, used products, or damaged products. Low price guarantee only applies to identical products that have the identical manufacturer part number and are of identical sizes, colors and styles. Low price guarantee applies to identical products only and does not apply to shipping charges or other misc. fees or charges. Low price guarantee valid on online competitor’s prices only and does not apply to brick and mortar (offline) stores. Auction websites do not qualify as online competitors. Bibletoys.com coupons, discounts and sale prices already apply towards our low price guarantee prices and cannot be applied to reduce the price of our low price products even further. In other words, when a coupon, discount or sale price brings the product price below our online competitor's price, we will not discount the product further since the coupon, discount or sale has already given you the lowest price. Low price guarantee is only valid if we can confirm that the competitor’s price is lower for an identical product using the link that you provide to us. No screen captures, images, print outs, copies or facsimiles of any kind will be accepted. We cannot be held responsible for competitor price changes that occur between the time you report the price difference and the time we actually attempt to confirm the price difference. Low price guarantee only applies to competitor’s with licensed businesses located within the United States and that have an established website presence. Links pointing to landing pages or websites for companies that do not exist will not be accepted for redemption of the low price guarantee. We reserve the right to deny any low price guarantee redemption if we determine that the claim is fraudulent, misleading or deceptive.
